ACT Services
Adult Chickasaw students needing to take the ACT test are eligible for one ACT voucher. High school juniors and seniors are eligible for more than one per year. Freshman and sophomores may apply for one voucher or reimbursement per year.
The voucher covers the cost of regular registration only (for up to four college choices). No late fees will be paid.
The department of education will pre-pay or reimburse up to $50 for one test.
The voucher may not be used to pay for the late registration fee, additional college choices at the time of registration, optional services listed on the folder, test date change, test center change, additional score reports requested later, residual testing, or additional standby testing fee. Students wishing to purchase additional registration services need to enclose a separate fee for those services.
ACT Preparation Workshops
Any Chickasaw student attending a Chad Cargill ACT workshop may request that the workshop fee be paid by the Chickasaw Nation Higher Education offices. The student receiving the fee voucher must provide a copy of his/her Chickasaw citizenship card and the ACT/SAT Services application. Any other ACT workshop fees will be on a reimbursement basis up to $50.
SAT Services
Any Chickasaw student needing to take the SAT test is eligible to have the test reimbursed for the test fees if a receipt of payment is provided along with a copy of the Chickasaw Nation citizenship card and the ACT/SAT Services application.
